Nato warns of all-out war with Russia in next 20 years.

Like they were short of missiles almost two years ago? trouble with some people they believe their own deluded propaganda.
Who was short of missiles?

Russia was for a while and they still are. But they are making more. And when they get a supply they fire them off at Ukraine.

Ukraine still is short on them and Russian EW is difficult to work around.

The best tech that doesn't care about EW or GPS signals or destroys EW by seeking it out we are not exactly being forthcoming with....we have given them a few but aren't going to make it a habit.

Your knee jerks before you considered the sure counterstrike on America. You're of no use in a discussion.
It's not a knee jerk reply. It's because I have visited the Slavic region and know the people and the politics of that area confirm what I've said.

Russia has more to fear from the USA and NATO than the USA and NATO does from Russia.
Russia can't hit us all....it can't destroy the whole world if it wants to conquer it.

The richest man/ruler of the garbage dump still lives in a pile of garbage.

Purrhic victories are not victories.

Some of the options the West had during the 30 years that preceded the war in Ukraine (from most radical to less radical):

1 Dismantling NATO and replace it with a new pan-european security arrangement.

2 Keep NATO's borders frozen after the end of the Cold War.

3 Expand NATO only to the most important eastern European countries that don't border Russia proper (ex. Poland).

4 Expand Nato to all Eastern European countries that don't border Russia.

5 Expand Nato to all "european" countries that border Russia except Bellarus, Ukraine and Georgia (with Finland keeping its neutral status).

All of the options above would have avoided the ukrainian tragedy.

But that's all in the past. The american neocons had their way, the plan to encircle Russia was implemented and that totally unnecessary and avoidable war was waged.

The way I see it Russia would be justified in removing NATO from the 3 Baltic countries in the future but I would appeal to the common sense of the russian leadership to avoid creating an enormous international crisis by invading them and simply put up with the presence of NATO there.

Russia won't be attacked by the West but the destabilization of the european geopolitical scenario will be tremendous. I know it's extremely difficult for the leaders of nation states to put the interests and the security of their continent above those of their nation but I would beg the russian leadership to do just that and refrain from invading Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Anything beyond that (the Baltic countries) would be extremely reckless on the part of Russia. From that point on, Russia would have to sacrifice the righting of a historic injustice committed against her for the sake of mankind, for the sake of international peace.

Any taking down of Nato in the future is not going to be by force of arms. As was the people's choice in the Crimea, there will be no risk from Russia.

The risk from Russia will be in attempts by America to expand Nato, re the Ukraine.

Perfect timing!

I’ll be 94 years old in 20 years and probably in a nursing home watching the world end on TV.

Civilians must prepare for all-out war with Russia in the next 20 years, a top Nato military official has warned.

While armed forces are primed for the outbreak of war, private citizens need to be ready for a conflict that would require wholesale change in their lives, Adml Rob Bauer said on Thursday.

Large numbers of civilians will need to be mobilised in case of the outbreak of war and governments should put in place systems to manage the process, Adml Bauer told reporters after a meeting of Nato defence chiefs in Brussels.

“We have to realise it’s not a given that we are in peace. And that’s why we [Nato forces] are preparing for a conflict with Russia.

“But the discussion is much wider. It is also the industrial base and also the people that have to understand they play a role.”

Adml Bauer, a Dutch naval officer who is chairman of Nato’s Military Committee, praised Sweden for asking all of its citizens to brace for war ahead of the country formally joining the alliance.

Stockholm’s move, announced earlier this month, has led to a surge in volunteers for the country’s civil defence organisation and a spike in sales of torches and battery-powered radios.

That is why we need him to be stopped in Ukraine...

If he gets bogged down there, ploughing in resources, other districts might be looking at independence...

Biden's war .. his proxy war on the Russian front, and he needs to be concerned with Taiwan and China.
Fucks sake...

There are no boots on the ground... Less than 5% of the defence budget and they have a country which attacked US elections, attacked a neighbouring on its knees..

This is the largest advertisement to China to not fuck with them... US can destroy China without sending a single troop.. China has got that message...

China are desperate for Trump to comeback... Trump made huge mistakes which benefited China and made US weaker in the region...
Trump's decision on TPP was the more pro China in modern US history.

Fuck NATO. The USA needs to leave NATO and the UN to boot.

It's naive to think Biden has things under control .. he's a spineless president who has demonstrated no significant outcomes with ongoing global conflicts (Obama 2.0).
  • For Ukraine, his proxy war, Biden has provided aid by handing over funding, ammunition, munitions and other military equipment which has directly impacted the United State reserves, which are running dangerously low. In addition, he's providing aid to a known corrupt country, and his administration has declined to audit the aid and how it is being used / spent.
  • Israel delayed it's ground invasion because the United States was ill prepared to defend itself .. and the recent talks with Israel demonstrated a level of strain between the United States and Israel. The United States was literally scrambling to get air defense systems in place and continued talks to delay action .
  • China is the de facto king with it's Navy dominance in the Persian Gulf , and the United States cannot defend itself in the hotzones .. inadequate troop levels -- a hard focus on diversity instead of qualified troops, spreading itself too thin and an inadequacy with the appropriate levels of munitions.
  • The Biden administration demonstrated it's ability with military operations when they withdrew from Afghanistan with lack of planning, allowing troops to do their jobs, left billions of dollars in equipment, weapons and ammunition that the Taliban are now using / selling and killed 13 service men.
  • North Korea is becoming a concern now ..
Sorry .. we aren't prepared to take on China, we don't have the munitions to do so and China sees right through this .
