Nah..... Prosecutorial impropriety was uncovered and there's no turning back on that fact. Roman doesn't need a plea deal. This case has been delayed for years, if not permanently, if not outright dismissed.

Willis will no longer be saying who does and doesn't get a plea deal. She'll be off the case and possibly facing criminal charges of her own.

This is true. The problem Mike Roman has now, is Willis won't take a plea deal, and his lawyer will have to exlain to a judge why she should, after this slimy move. And not only that, his lawyer facing possible disbarment for deliberately lying to the court.
