My prediction post decision about the upcoming election

Romney will now be electrified and with this decision the money and the people will rise up to be heard just like in 2010.

I also believe that we only get one shot to repeal this law and if we fail to elect Romney our chance will be gone.

WE MUST ELECT ROMNEY NOW.

Before this decision I wasn't that excited to elect Romney but now with the clock ticking on repealability we have no choice.

This will motivate the base to vote Romney. Many who were on the fence or that weren't going to vote, this could be the uniter that the GOP needed.

This could be bigger than 2010.

Your track record on making accurate predictions is pretty poor....

Do you really want Romney talking about nuts and bolts health care reform right now? Not if you want him to win.

If republicans are smart they will consider this settled and not whine over it for too long, to continue means they will have to present a better plan to modify the law sooner than any of them are prepared for. As to how this will bear on the Nov elections, it depends entirely on how the right reacts to the decision, nobody likes a whiner, if they accept it with grace and move on it will not even be an issue.

They need not whine, they just need to keep the message out there that this tax is a burden to Americans, to the economy, to business, to the working class and it holds America back. Elect Republicans support America and the American dream.

I want Obama to, I want him to keep reminding us how much more in taxes and how much longer our economy will hurt because of it.

I understand why you don't want Romney talking about this.

i totally agree with you. I am voting Romney for sure now. These liberals judges of course would do what Obama wants. This is not about your Healthcare, its about Gov't control of you and getting your taxes. We must vote this bunch of Liberals out in this election or we citizens will lose everything we have. Believe it!@@@@@@@

Their American dream says we are too broke to do anything and too lazy even if we had the money, we should not have any hope that the near future will be anything better than either horrible socialist leftist dictatorship or a cold, ruthless dismantling of our social safety nets. Scaring people into voting has it's limits, after that you better have a least some optimism and there just isn't any on the right.

there is no doubt in my mind I will vote all Dem's out in this next election. They want Gov't controll of our lives and all our money in taxes....they have got to be voted out by everyone.; The Regirsted dem's had better start thinking also.

Track record? I've only made one prediction. And if most were honest they would admit that they also believed the mandate would be struck down. I just had the balls to state my opinion and not fear looking wrong.

He doesn't have to. The rest of us are happy to do the heavy lifting.

Time for a tax revolt!

The act has indeed be held unconstitutional. It is valid as part of the taxing authority. If you don't like the tax, vote the politicians who passed this tax out of office.

Yeah, the Dems are so positive, the GOP will take your rights away, tax the rich, Bush did it, GOP hates women, GOP hate gays, Insurance is out to screw you, big business is screwing you, big oil is screwing you, let us give you healthcare and tax you more than ever.

My American dream is alive and well and I'll be damned if I let you and your negative outlook effect my life.

Like I say I see why you don't want the GOP talking about this, but the GOP can spin this into a real positive for America and the future.
