Were you not so stupid and ignorant, you would understand the only reason for the appointment of a special counsel is to investigate matters in which the President might be involved, so without the false allegations of collusion between the Trump and the Russian government, all other matters would have been investigated by the Justice Dept. without the need for a special counsel.
