He was wrong... Obama has not had an overall approval rating above 46% for 7 months.

Yes, O won the popular vote coming in at barely 52%. If Romney had won, no one would be losing their health insurance. But you can't fight tactics you had never thought of using or would have been used against you, such as buying votes and fraud.
