It must feel good to be a beacon of light in the chaos, everywhere around you is dirty, noisy and violent black folks, but your apartments are a utopia in the midst of it all. Tell you what I have seen plenty of dirty, noisy and violent white folks, but if you want to keep spewing that racist bullshit have at it.I'm retired and I haven't had to advertise one of my apartments in nearly 8 years. Everybody here stays because unlike other landlords, I provide housing at an affordable price and don't raise rents on my present tenants. They are quite happy here which is why nobody leaves.
The only thing "slum" about my properties is the blacks that made it that way outside of what I own. Blacks are generally dirty, noisy, and violent people. That's why nobody wants to live around them and property values decline.

African American communities have many points on policing. Seeing the crimes, we have now is not good for civility and for civilization. Is it a separate justice system or a segregated group of administering the same justice system?Mississippi's Black community was incensed earlier this week after state lawmakers proposed to create a separate justice system within the city of Jackson that would overrule the majority Black city council and put a large swath of the local justice system completely in the hands of state officials, all of whom are white.
As reported by Mississippi Today, the legislation would allow the state's white chief justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court, its white attorney general, and the white state public safety commissioner to appoint new judges, new prosecutors, new public defenders and new police officers to oversee a new district in the city encompassing all of the city's majority-white neighborhoods, effectively creating a separate justice system for whites in what is statistically considered the Blackest city in America.
And it would do so without any of those officials receiving a single vote of support from any resident from Jackson, 80 percent of whom are Black.
"It reminds me of apartheid," Jackson Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba told the website Tuesday.
Newsweek has contacted Lumumba for comment, as well as all three of the bill's principal sponsors, who claimed on the floor of the Mississippi Legislature that the foremost aim of the bill was "public safety" amid concerns of crime rates in Jackson.
However, some legal observers described the effort by the Mississippi Legislature as an attempt by white conservative politicians to erode the Black vote in a way that had not been seen since the Jim Crow era.

...and yet it took the POTUS and the Congress to pass bills to stop segregation in this country and guess who was fighting to keep it? It wasn't black folks.This should be right down black people's alley. They want everything else segregated, so why not this too?

It was clean, quiet, and you could walk our streets anytime day or night. Everybody went to bed for work the next morning instead of driving around at 3:00am on a work night with jungle music blaring where you can hear it four houses away. People had courtesy for one another even by those retired and no longer working.
I didn't move into a predominately black neighborhood, they invaded where I live. I was here first. The problem is you can't expect two totally opposite cultures to live in peace. It's impossible and why desegregation was the worst idea our country ever came up with. The only people that want to live with dirty, noisy and violent people are other dirty, noisy and violent people. That's why property values plummet when blacks move in. You can't mix the two cultures without it being a major problem.
