Warnings were issued by local communities about the impact these diseases could potentially have in the public school system where their children are educated. For example, protestors in Murrieta, California turned bus loads of illegal immigrants away, citing concerns about public health. Those protestors and people who warned about the spread of disease were accused of fear mongering and exaggeration.

Fast forward now to September and thousands of illegal minor children have been shoved into the public education system without meeting normal immunization requirements (because after all, they're entitled to it according to the Department of Education) and into local hospitals for medical care. As a result, cases of Tuberculosis are popping up with five confirmed infections and at least 700 children being put at risk. From NBC:

Five babies have tested positive for tuberculosis infection after an employee at an El Paso hospital exposed hundreds of infants to the disease, according to a statement released by the El Paso Department of Public Health.

An employee working at Providence Memorial Hospital in El Paso, Tex., may have exposed more than 700 infants to tuberculosis.

Parents of potentially infected children received a letter from the El Paso Department of Health last week, according to ABC News. They include children born at the hospital between September 2013 and August of this year, when officials discovered that the unnamed female employee had the illness. The employee was originally identified as a nurse at the hospital. The hospital later clarified that she worked as a patient care tech.

Mark Levin opened his show today on the topic of illegal immigration and one of the big points he made was that Obama is completely silent over the murder of this young woman in San Francisco by an illegal. Levin wonders if it has something to do with no confederate flag being involved?

Levin points out that if a sports figure comes out as gay, Obama calls them on the phone. If some harvard professor accuses a cop of brutalizing him, Obama is on the phone talking to him.

No, Levin suggests Obama is silent because he is in part responsible for this crime, from the standpoint of not taking the responsibility of securing the border seriously. And because of that he can’t make political hay out of it.

For decades, Federal law has required that any immigrant coming into this country, must undergo a routine medical screening. The purpose is to check for diseases that are well controlled in this country, but often are out of control in foreign countries.

But illegal aliens who walk cross the border don't undergo any such screening, of course. Law of averages predicts that some of them will have the kinds of diseases we don't want here. And sure enough, those diseases are turning up now in border towns, and in towns where Obama has been quietly shipping the illegal aliens he lets stay.

He complains that "our immigration system is broken". But our immigration laws have been just fine for decades.

The only problem is, we are not enforcing them, and foreigners are rampantly disobeying them... resulting in problems like these.

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet--an experienced physician and nationally recognized speaker--told Breitbart Texas that the risks from diseases being brought over the border are being dramatically downplayed.

Vliet said, "Many people are trying to diminish the seriousness of this. They say, 'We have these diseases in the U.S.' Well yes, we do, but they've been well controlled, we have good hygiene, and most of our parents keep children home when they're sick."

Most of the border minors are being kept in overcrowded facilities ridden with poor hygiene; this is the ideal condition for a viral outbreak, according to Vliet.

So far a slew of sicknesses have been brought into the U.S. by the recent tidal wave of illegal immigrants. Breitbart Texas recently reported on an outbreak of scabies in one housing facility for unaccompanied border minors--the infestation was contracted by numerous Border Patrol agents. Other additional illnesses have also been noted. "We are starting to see chicken pox, MRSA staph infections, we are starting to see different viruses," Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol agent Chris Cabrera told ABC 15.

Such illnesses "keep increasing logarithmically as long as you have people to infect," Vliet said. "So once the flu bug, TB, or any infectious disease is released--once they are brought across the border--they're just going to keep infecting more people. One person can infect a thousand people, and then that thousand can infect thousands more. There is an exponential increase."

"It's a very real risk," Vliet warned. "It could get out of hand very quickly; but since these are common disease that people have heard of, the risk isn't necessarily taken seriously."

Because Donald Trump did the unforgivable. He used un-PC language in reference to a protected group. That for the PC crowd is all that is necessary to defer the discussion from EVERYTHING else he said or has ever said and focus on that one unforgivable thing.

Trump has the political savvy of a Bulgarian shoe manufacturer, so it is well understood that he is capable of saying anything.
