This women has more integrity, know-how, compassion, character, honesty and leadership ability in her pinky finger than the Trump family has in their entirety.

San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz slammed President Trump’s response to Hurricane Maria as Puerto Rico reached the 100-day mark since the hurricane.

Cruz told ABC News that Trump was “disrespectful” to the island's U.S. citizens in his approach to the disaster and recovery process.

“He was disrespectful to the Puerto Rican people, he was disrespectful to the American people who were leaving their homes to come help us here,” Cruz said. “Where he needed to be a commander in chief, he was a disaster-in-chief.”

“President Trump does not embody the values of the good-hearted American people that have [made] sure that we are not forgotten,” she added.

Hey - How about Carmen Yulin Cruz for President 2020 - could she run? YEP - and she'd eat The Toxic Orange Tumor for lunch! :)

WASHINGTON — Supreme Court Justices Anthony Kennedy and Stephen Breyer seemed to indicate Thursday they'd consider a U.S. citizen born in Puerto Rico “natural-born” and eligible to run for president. Mar 14, 2013

mayor is an opportunist .

Awww - she insulted your Donald who's response to our fellow citizens has been abysmal.
Over 1000 dead and 3 months later half the island still without power.
About all he's done is throw paper towels at them. Sad

She's right. PR isn't going to see their electric grid back up and running fully until around May.

The death toll attributed to the storm is steadily climbing because they didn't get accurate stats in the first place.

And..................because of the lack of medical facilities, midwives are the only way that newborns get delivered. And, without any clean water or supplies, the infant mortality rate is climbing as well.

Saw a news report the other day, and it said that many people were without doctors, because most of those that could leave PR have. 1 in 10 Puerto Ricans have left PR and come to the mainland.

It's sad when you compare this administrations response in Puerto Rico to their response in Texas and Florida. Totally inept - not as high a death toll as Katrina in NOLA, but the response was perhaps even worse at the 3 month point. The governor is none too happy either and vows revenge from the polling booth. There are 5 million Puerto Ricans already in the US and many more to come. And nothing Donald can do to stop 'em!

Dew ewe know her personally or Izzy ewe trolling again?

I've seen enough of her to know she's awesome. And I'm totally serious about considering her as the Dem presidential candidate. She'd own the female vote, the Hispanic vote, the black vote, and the votes of all Puerto Ricans - five million now living in US.

Too bad. Her government is corrupt and she, as all other libtards want to blame others for her corruption.

San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz is a self-serving mouthpiece for the criminal cartels that have ruined Puerto Rico long before the hurricanes.
