Marriage Matters: Consequences of Redefining Marriage

This is so far beyond absurd, there literally are no adjectives in the English language which properly covers if.

What is there to "question"? If you're born with a penis, you are a man. If you're born with a vagina, you are a woman. It couldn't possibly be any more indisputable. What's next - question if the planet is really round? Question if 2+2=4? I know, why don't we question if we all actually exist? :cuckoo:

God Almighty... :banghead:

You just jump without reading don't you? I said the "Q" was people questioning their orientation...as in they aren't sure they are gay or lesbian. People with Gender Identity Disorder know it from an early age.

Thanks for the science and factual link. There is so much ignorance and fear about this issue when really, its just no one's business.

Why can't the r's just leave consenting adults alone to live their lives?

We do! It's you libtards that want to force you're insanity down everyone's throat. Go live your LBGT life! Just don't use another genders bathroom. Is that really asking so much? Of course not!!! Only in the eyes of the libtards who want to force their deviant lives down everyone's throat!

It's just one of the over 1,000 rights that gays are denied here in the U.S. No, that isn't a typo.

Gee, I could have sworn our constitution guarantees equal rights for all.

It does - so stop asking for special treatment. SW had every equal opportunity to marry a man and enjoy any government regulations which come with that decision. She chose not to. But she doesn't want to live with her decision (typical if the libtards).

First, its the right that is trying to redefine marriage.

Second, its not a matter that should be decided by the government at any level. Its an individual decision and the state should not have any say it in.

I'm sick of hearing that the right wants smaller government when, if FACT, its the right who wants government to control our private lives.

As long as its between consenting adults, mind your own business.

Exactly! So why do you libtards demand that government recognize you're marriage?!? Like a typical libtard, you defeat your own argument here.

I want smaller government. The less they recognize or regulate, the smaller they are. Are you seriously unable to grasp that simple reality?

The left has become so obsessed with government, they actually demand that government climb into their bed now to monitor their private sex life :banghead:

The radical left wants to create a new concept of marriage, one that is fundamentally different from what humanity has know in every culture of the world throughout human history.

About the putative "right" that you claim wants government to interfere with our lives: That is a LEFT-WINGER MYTH. What has actually happened in these cases is that the Liberals pushed and pushed and pushed - to stop religious expression, to have a new concept of marriage, to kill babies, to have abortion on demand. The abortion on demand - for any reason at all - was not enough for Lefty-Libs, of course, so they kept on pushing: For children without even having to tell their parents!

So, what the freakin' Liberals call "interference" is anything but that: It is a reaction to the overwhelming destructiveness brought about my the Left-wingers. Liberals want everyone to capitulate to their dogma; when people decide to fight back, the Left creates the myth that it is those people who are starting something, when, in fact, they are just protecting our traditions, our heritage, our families and our innocent unborn children from the depredations of the immoral and malevolent Liberals.

According to you, 12 states recognize gay marriage. That means 38 states do not. And since the federal government represents ALL states, they have no right to force the super majority to accept the super minority.

You are not denied anything. You could have married a man any time you wanted. You chose not to. Live with your decisions. Stop asking for special treatment and demanding that the American people bail you out of your own choices.

No - I'm talking about ADULTS (notice I used myself as an example and not a 14-year old boy?????). Furthermore, where is it written than anyone must "dress like a girl" to declare themselves transgender?

Why do you feel the need to become so disingenuous when you've been defeated in a real debate?

Where are these restroom policies being challenged by adults? I recently heard of a suntanning place that tried to bar a transgendered individual from the woman's room. They've, I believe, since offered an apology.

It is only in public schools where restroom policies are being challenged in court. Adult transgendered individuals already use the restroom of the gender they are transitioning to. It's in schools that kids are having a hard time.

Jesus God Almighty - you're actually advocating this for schools?!?! Yeah, insanely horny kids won't dress like a girl to see some "bush" (as you say). Noooooo, that won't happen at all.

For fuck's sake, EVERY single male in America will do that!!!! You have any idea how desperate a male is to see their first naked girl once those hormones start hopping?

You're so out of touch with reality it's just sad. You've locked yourself away in your little gay community and you think that's all that exists. There's a great big world out there SW - join us, won't you?

Yes, in schools...where the parents talk to the administrators ahead of time about their transgendered children. You really think some kid is going to live FULL TIME as female just to get a peek at some snatch? Porn is free on the internet and they don't have to pretend to be female ALL THE TIME.

You aren't forced to accept it, you just have to treat it equally under the law. Your backwoods state will still be free to think gays are icky and deny them marriage equality, but if my forward thinking state issues marriage licenses to gays, the Federal Government must equally recognize those.

I'm guessing you live in a red state that gets back more from the Feds than they pay into. Mine isn't. I'm in one of those blue states that supports the red states. I'm a tax paying citizen deserving of those rights, benefits and protections.

So why did you get married when you could just look at lesbians on the internet? As every rational human knows, seeing something in person is 1,000x's better than seeing something on the internet. Would you rather tour the White House in person, or would you rather take a virtual tour on the internet? We both know the answer to this...

I like how you keep using the word "equal" to advocate where you get perks that other single people don't get and where people who make any more than you get much more taken away.

The word you're looking to describe yourself isn't "equal" it's "greed." You want stuff.

Sweetie, you're state is $20 billion in debt and demanding the federal government bail them out. Don't even attempt to pretend like your "forward thinking" libtard welfare state is some rugged independent beacon of self-reliance. You're about to collapse :lmao:

SW "logic": I'm different in my sexual orientation but I demand to be the same as you when it comes time for government handouts...

If you want "equality" sweetie than you have to do like everyone else who is a woman and marry a man. You made your bed, you have to sleep in it

You aren't forced to accept it

If the federal government recognizes something that 38 states finds illegal, then they are being forced to accept it.

Yo, seawytch. which of you wytches gets the cards and presents tomorrow on fathers day?

I am guessing you, because you seem like the butch.

Who do YOU think is more widely accepted in say the Deep south or Texas.
the flaming gay guy
or
the straight guy

talk about an ignorant human.

WOW! You are one dense lefty...

Nobody is talking abgout "widely" accepted... the concept is "accepted at all".

Gays aren't really "widely" accpeted ANYWHERE! ...except among themselves. They are are starting to be tolerated --- and that, frankly, is the root of the problem. America needs to wake up and realize that we don't have to tolerate things that are morally wrong. It's OK to stand up and say "THAT IS WRONG!"

We are too worried about hurting peoples feelings, or making people mad. If we don't stand up for what is right - we are certain to end up with what is wrong!

You're living in a bigoted past that doesn't exist anymore. Most people don't believe that gay and lesbian relationships are morally wrong.

In U.S., Record-High Say Gay, Lesbian Relations Morally OK

Wake up and smell 2013...

You post a link that is an illustration of the decline of morals in America --- and suggest that because of the decline in morals in America that makes your lifestyle OK?

HAHAHAHA!! Are you freakin' serious???

Your desire to eliminate all government benefits associated with legal marriage is duly noted...as is your legal marriage.

Negative. The contention is that I am legally married in the State of California and it is unconstitutional for the Federal Government not to treat all legal marriages equally under the law.
