I don't believe there's a precedence set for such widespread fraud, and I don't believe any judge was willing to rule on something so vast and overwhelming without much more evidence. I suspect that many of them knew something wasn't right, but it wasn't enough to demand a recall on a Presidential election.

So, they all voted in person giving him a huge lead until the tallies came in from the mail-in. It's both completely explainable and was predicted at length before any election result came in.
