    Fiesta Chicken Pasta Bake

    Just made this and BAM! Good stuff.

    I did forget the corn tho. Used HOT salsa and chopped cilantro

    I used Bow Tie pasta. Store didn't have the one called for.

    I swear half of my pantry is different types of crazy ass pasta. This feels like a good weekday dinner that I can’t whip up on my lunch break.

    Took me about 15 minutes of prep and 30 minutes in the oven. I did cheat buying an already cooked chicken lol
