King Introduces Birthright Citizenship Bill

i am all for it.....there are too many people that come here just to have kids to get their foot in the door and to get freebies....thats called taking advantage of the generosity of this country....
 
Our president could easily stop 99% of birthright citizenship abuse if he announced that any illegal giving birth in our hospitals will go to the top of the deportation list. Problem solved overnight.

Explain that. How would my idea violate due process? The govt has not only a right but an obligation to catch illegal invaders and this is one way of doing it. And it would end birthright citizenship abuse as a bonus.

Foreign invaders and their kids are subject to the jurisdiction of their home country not america.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Now Michelle Bachmann (R-MN) has introduced a bill to repeal Obamacare. One more none effort to ignore the issue of jobs.

The 113th Congress has begun as did the 112th, fully focused on a radical political agenda and passing bills unable to pass in the Senate or signed by the President.
