“I blame Obama for ISIL, not Bush. I’m tired of beating on Bush! I miss George W. Bush! I wish he were president right now! We wouldn’t be in this mess!”
LMAO!!!! Good thing ol' Lyndsey withdrew from the race. With a line like that the MF would have had a heart attack in a couple more months.
Bush assumed a balanced budget with surpluses projected to the out years. The economy was blazing with an unemployment rate of 4.3%. The stock market was peaking.
In two terms he turned that into a stock market which had bottomed, unemployment of 7.5%, an economy which was losing 750,000 jobs a month, two wars a blazing, dead Americans being sent home two or three a week and a president who after saying before the nation that he would hunt Osama Bin Laden down and kill him to one where he said he didn't worry about which cave he was hiding in. It's worth mentioning that he doubled the national debt from $5.7 trillion to nearly $12 trillion after giving his oil buds a couple of tax cuts.
For some reason Republicans and Fox News have a warped perspective of things which can not be substantiated by facts.
