Keith O Delivers Beat Down to Joe Wilson (R) S.C.

You fricken dumb ass......if a verification process is NOT in the Bill it will be a LEGAL loophole IN FAVOR of illegal aliens.
ed the moron doesn't seem to understand that verification will not be required unless it is spelled out in the bill

YOU LIE!

Being here legally is a REQUIREMENT for eligibility and will have to be proven just like every other requirement for eligibility.

You mean with a photo ID like you have to show to vote.......... oh yea, you don't need to prove anything to vote......... never mind.

Show us where it says an immigration status/citizenship verification will be conducted on all applicants for affordability credits.

I've already shown where being here legally is a requirement, so the burden of proof is on YOU to show applicants do not have to show they meet ALL eligibility requirements!!!

You didn't show us anything at all Ed...other than the fact that you are definately not a lawyer or a person with any sort of education beyond some matchbook University.

The simple fact is this. If there isn't specific language written into the bill requiring a citizenship verification/immigration status to take place before "affordability credits" are given to the applicant then NONE will be conducted. Requiring a person to be "present lawfully" in the United States means nothing to the bureaucrat accepting the application.

Pull your head out of your ass.

YOU LIE!

You are rationalizing that an applicant does not have to show anything to meet the requirements to be eligible because you can read a "bureaucrat's" mind. :cuckoo:
BRILLIANT.

Do you think they are paying today for some reason??? Do you really believe that this magic bill is somehow going to stop this??? LMAO.....WHOA!!!!!!!

Your beyond scary, and we needn't go any further to see how hate brought us President Obama, and you didn't think anyone could make Carter look like a genius....

Still playing DUMB! :cuckoo:

I've already posted the page and section where being here legally is a REQUIREMENT just as you asked.
Thank you for again proving that no CON$ervative is man enough or honest enough to admit they are WRONG.

From page 132:
SEC. 242. AFFORDABLE CREDIT ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUAL.
(a) DEFINITION.— 12
(1) IN GENERAL.—For purposes of this divi-13
sion, the term ‘‘affordable credit eligible individual’’ 14
means, subject to subsection (b), an individual who 15

Show where the bill says that, unlike all other requirements, that particular requirement does not have to be verified!!!

Ed..your fucked up. You can't even admit your dead wrong on this whole issue.

From a news article on Yahoo....

That didn't go far enough for Wilson or many other Republicans, who noted the absence of any enforcement mechanism or requirement for verification of legal status. There are some 7 million illegal immigrants in this country who lack health insurance, according to the Pew Hispanic Center.

The issue has caused heat on talk radio and at congressional town halls, too. So on Friday, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs sketched a new position that goes even further than some conservative critics had demanded: Obama will oppose letting illegal immigrants buy insurance through new purchasing exchanges the government will set up — even from private companies operating within the exchanges.

"Illegal immigrants would not be allowed to access the exchange that is set up," Gibbs said. Verification requirements are "something we'd work out with Congress," he said.

and dont forget they use the illegals without insurance as a reason we need this massive take over of an industry

I think Ed just shit his panties......even Gibbs, the Mouth of the House, says there aren't verification processes in place!

No, unlike you CON$ Cynics like to check things. Especially when CON$ are notorious for changing quotes and in your "quote" the words "verification requirements" are conspicuously NOT in quotes so they were NOT Gibbs' words.

So I went to the press briefings web site and tried a search for the words in quotes and the search engine could not produce the quote.
It may be that that briefing has not been posted yet, but the quote arouses the suspicious mind of a Cynic.
Here's the link to my search, do you have a FULL transcript of the briefing your questionable quote came from???
