but you forget that Obama appointed two justices who want the kill the "zygotes". but the truth is that SCOTUS cannot overturn Roe v Wade even if a majority of the justices wanted to. Congress would have to pass a law and then SCOTUS would have to rule on its constitutionality, neither is going to happen so you will remain free to use abortion as birth control and the majority of the victims will continue to be black and Hispanic children.
