Judge rules New York City bar can refuse service to Trump supporter wearing MAGA hat

Discrimination is only a one way street it seems. Appears, according to the judge, the law does not protect against political discrimination. I wonder if this would be true of ALL political viewpoints...

Judge rules New York City bar can refuse service to Trump supporter wearing MAGA hat

A Manhattan judge ruled Wednesday that kicking a Trump supporter out of a bar does not violate the law – because the law does not protect against political discrimination.

Greg Piatek of Philadelphia claims he was refused service and then eventually removed from a New York City bar in January 2017 for wearing a “Make American Great Again” hat, in a lawsuit against the establishment.

“Anyone who supports Trump — or believes in what you believe — is not welcome here! And you need to leave right now because we won’t serve you!” Piatek claims the staff of The Happiest Hour told him.
Yes...I think I remember in Moscow, former Soviet Union, it was forbidden to challenge the Marxist left. Or was that something I read in Orwell’s 1984?

So, Starbucks kicks two black men out of their restaurant because they refused to buy anything and the manager gets raked over the coals and loses her position. Today we learned a judge decided that you can deny service to trump supporters from a bar wanting to buy something.

Folks, the left is truly fked up. I am really embarrassed for them on their complete lack of humanity. Holy fk.

Did you actually read the article? He was served and even admitted to tipping them.....AND....he claimed he was discriminated against on religious grounds because support of trump is spiritual to him.

So....which part do you support him on. That trump is his god? Or that he lied about not being served?
dude, you obviously didn't read the very first sentence. And my post.

Liberals do not like constitutional free elections, free speech, or alternative opinions. They are communist. Saw it in 2016 election.

fascism | Definition, Characteristics, & History

Fascism, political ideology and mass movement that dominated many parts of central, southern, and eastern Europe between 1919 and 1945 and that also had adherents in western Europe, the United States, South Africa, Japan, Latin America, and the Middle East. Europe’s first fascist leader, Benito Mussolini, took the name of his party from the Latin word fasces, which referred to a bundle of elm or birch rods (usually containing an ax) used as a symbol of penal authority in ancient Rome. Although fascist parties and movements differed significantly from one another, they had many characteristics in common, including extreme militaristic nationalism, contempt for electoral democracy and political and cultural liberalism, a belief in natural social hierarchy and the rule of elites, and the desire to create a Volksgemeinschaft (German: “people’s community”), in which individual interests would be subordinated to the good of the nation. At the end of World War II, the major European fascist parties were broken up, and in some countries (such as Italy and West Germany) they were officially banned. Beginning in the late 1940s, however, many fascist-oriented parties and movements were founded in Europe as well as in Latin America and South Africa. Although some European “neofascist” groups attracted large followings, especially in Italy and France, none were as influential as the major fascist parties of the interwar period.

You see, politicians are too stupid and crooked to make DISCRIMINATION illegal. They need to make a separate law for every different KIND of discrimination, this way, they can EXCLUDE certain kinds of discrimination and they won't ever make one for politics because THEY are the ones usually always doing the discriminating! Which is how we know the patron was a white, conservative straight person, because New York only makes laws to protect blacks and gays (good democratic voters), and had that been a black or gay liberal, that bar would be closed by now.

LESSON OF THE STORY: Greg Piatek should get together about 30 friends who are all either black or gay, and send them all back some night wearing MAGA hats. RAM the fucking issue down the libs throats suing them everyway come sunday until they can't take it anymore.

The judge is entirely correct. Neither the state's anti-discrimination law nor NYC's anti-discrimination ordinances prohibit discrimination based on political beliefs.

As has been said many times, there is no right to not be offended, as this guy argued he was. As has also been said so many times, why can't he just leave and find another watering hole? He also tried to characterize his support for the guy in the Oval Office as a "spiritual" belief.

Will the people who bitch and whine about anti-dscrimination laws please read them first? They all cover everybody. Just read and get the facts straight first.

Trump supporters generally exhibit poor personal hygiene

Any establishment that serves food and drink would want them out of the establishment
