Johnson was a hero years ago - we never knew

Texas’s claim is about the electoral college. They’re claim is that the other state’s presidential electors voted wrong.
Nope. Their claim is that to the extent that election fraud took place, the electors supposedly “chosen” by the voters on election day were not the ones who actually won.

Do try to follow along.
A state can only sue another state on grounds of the electoral college since this id the only way states vote together for president.
Have that pathetic attempt at a sentence taken out back and executed at dawn.

Just like I said, the claim from Texas is that the electors voted wrong. They have no basis to make that claim.

Not at all what I said.

What you said is wrong.

A basis to say something they don’t say is irrelevant.
Yes. Their complaint is that Pennsylvania’s electors voted for Biden and not Trump.

They do not get to tell other states who their electors are. That’s up to each state.

Texas is unaffected by that process. Texas has their electors. Their electors votes count. They do not have a right to an outcome.

Again. Ignoring what they really complained about for your fantasy spin has nothing to do with reality.

Irrelevant. They don’t try.

So you claim. But of course, you’re just being intentionally myopic.

Yes, they really complained that the electors didn’t vote for who they thought they should vote for.

Thats the entire point. They can only be harmed if they have a right to an outcome, they don’t.

There is no vote dilution. There is no fraud. Just Texas being a pissy child.

And that’s why the Supreme Court didn’t put up with the nonsense.

There are 30 million residents of Texas. Their votes getting wiped out because of voter fraud in other states is just wrong.

No they don’t. Texas voters get their presidential electors. Their votes counted. No one tried to take that away from them.

They tried to take millions of other people’s votes.

Nope. You really do misunderstand. Or you’re willfully lying. Either way, your posts are nonsense.

They tried to fix the problems in states where there was voter fraud.

They’re not in charge of prosecuting voter fraud other states.

Even if they were, they didn’t have evidence of voter fraud. Just theories.
