Even I loved Fiddler on the Roof, but this is pushing the legal/moral envelope.

First, a bit of humor.
There is an old Jewish joke that goes something like this. Why do Jewish women like their men circumcized? Because they always want 20% right off the top!!!!

OK, that being said. What would you think if you heard that a man would put his mouth around a babies penis, just after a circumcision, and cleanse the boy's tool with a mouth full of wine? See the attached links and you decide.
