In contrast, moore has a really spotty reputation, even apart from the sexual allegations against him: a jurist who refused to the follow the United States Constitution and has asserted that every amendment after the Tenth should be removed, financial improprieties, association with some religious cult that openly denigrates and sexualizes women and girls, and has aligned himself with an attempt to get female Americans out of the political arena, from voting to running for public office. He has shown time after time that he lacks good character and is dishonorable.

Actually, I do. Go back and read New York Times v. Sullivan and its progeny. Consult the websites Oyez or Justicia. How about Cornell University Law School. Yale? Harvard?
