I don't really get bothered about this, as I don't take direction on Faith from google obviously, I know you don't either. In fact, I've been trying to avoid them and use duckduckgo as I'm tired of the censorship of conservative results.

That being said, they either don't do anything special for any religions, or they try and be as inclusive as possible. Some have said they have wished happy greetings for other celebrations of Faith, if they did, they illustrate a bias of sorts.
