You don't recognize logic. You don't use it in your own arguments, and you don't recognize it in others. And you come across as a much more rabid fanatic than I do.

I don't need proof that abuses have occurred and continue to occur. But Jesus didn't see women as secondary, and it's not a Christian tenet that they are.

You might be confusing some cultures with islam... Islam is far less insane than what goes in in its name (see Saudi Arabia, and a bunch of other nations). As for the scripture, the Bible is pretty tough on the ladies in more than a few parts. If Christians lived the word like Muslims, they'd be in jail.
(except where it's okay to have slaves, kill your children, rape, etc)
