Depends on what you call a great risk. I think there is a risk of an ISIS inspired or even ISIS led Mumbai style attack in America. But that is not as great a threat as a nuclear bomb on an ICBM.

Gotta say Hussein's right on this one. ISIS is contained. The U.S. and Saudi Arabia have cut off most of their funding of ISIS. They realize many around the world understand it was they who created ISIS in the first place.
