Involved? I don't know, but there was so much agency rivalry there has been speculation for years that at least some of the terrorists were known to be in the US prior to the event.

The CIA knew at least two of them were in the US and finally passed the info to the FBI who pigeon-holed it because it came from the CIA.

He has already responded to this warped version of what he has said.
It is a fact that both the FBI and the feds lied to the American people surrounding who all was involved in 9/11 - in the exact same way they have hidden facts to protect China with the origins of Covid.
The main point is that the federal government purposefully hid and protected the Saudi government from exposure for their involvement in 9/11
