Oh please, the Republicans have been following the Dems left for many decades. The Republicans were once fiscally conservative, they no longer are and have not been since at least the 80s if not before.

The Republicans count on a few right leaning social issues to keep people like you voting for them...and it works no matter how fiscally liberal they are
