Not saying whether trump did that or not...just asking if that crime (and it IS a crime) is enough for everyone to agree it's an impeachable offense regardless of who the offender is.

You're wasting your time in the most extreme sense. That will be nearly impossible to prove. The testimony's of one person saying this or that will not satisfy the rules of evidence in the federal court system.

It's a non-starter and really it's just fodder for the TDS lemmings to have something else to talk about while Trump continues to pack the federal court system with conservative justices and readies the short list for Ginsberg's replacement.

Suborning perjury is a felony under 18 U.S. Code § 1622. It is akin to the felony charge of conspiracy,18 U.S. Code § 371.
~~ 18 U.S. Code § 1622 - Subornation of perjury & 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States ~~

Felonies are High Crimes under the Constitution re: impeachment.

Some yall just dumb.

An impeachable offense is whatever the House says it is. PERIOD

Then the Senate gets a say in terms of conviction or not.

This is why I said Paul Ryan should have been working to impeach some of these federal judges who rule based on their politics rather than simply whether something was Constitutional or not.

if the offense was caught on tape like Nixon - yes, impeachment is the end result

if not - no, it boils down to he said, she said, and the goal post gets shifted back and fourth.
