Is Justice Scalia A Racist?

Which is more beneficial: A Black Studies degree from a "prestige" school or a Business degree from a "lesser" school? (Unless you aspire to become a "community organizer.") The Pied Piper-in-Chief is leading the downward charge towards the widespread disappointment and resentment we now see on college campuses.

He's a Scaliaist. Far as he's concerned everyone is a dumbfuck but Scalia.

Like Obama or not, he went to better schools than you, and did fine. As did the Castro brothers. But again that's not the real question. Since a public university operates on public taxes and tuition (and federal funds) does it have a public duty to take kids from less affluent pub sch districts, and give them the extra help to succeed, or are we a tiered society based on the income of our parents?

If it's "not the real question," why are you posting it? As to Obama doing "fine" at these schools, how do you know?

Barry's undergrad degree (?) was from Occidental College, known as a place where wealthy parents could buy degrees for their children. What were his qualifications for being admitted to Harvard Law? What were his grades and class standing? What was his SAT/ACT score? Hmm?
