I picked this up off a Yahoo board, but all the links matched up...

--------------------------------
Ater months of denials, here's proof Hillary lied about a 2004 Presidential bid:

Go to the Federal Election Commission homepage at www.fec.gov.

On the left of their homepage is a link labeled "Campaign Finance Reports and Data", click it.

Scroll down a ways to Image/Query System, under that choose "View Financial Reports"...

Under the intro paragraph choose "Search the Report Image System"

In the dialogue box type "Clinton" and click "Get Listing"

20 entries down you`ll see "CLINTON, HILLARY RODHAM", click on the blue number "P00003392" beside her name.

Guess what? "Presidential Candidate 2004 ".

Hillary Rodham Clinton filed late Friday, Oct 3rd, with the Federal Election Commission to run for President in 2004.

Here is the exact data:

Presented by the Federal Election Commission
CLINTON, HILLARY RODHAM ID: P00003392
Office Sought: President
Election Year: 2004
State: Presidential Candidate
District: 03
Party: DEM (Democratic Party)

Hillary is not running. No way. She still has at least two more years on her current term as NY Senator; put her back in, she's not done yet.

These things keep going around because it scares the Republicans. It's something they do to solidify the ranks and strengthen the war chest.

If this was just another rumor, I would agree. However, this looks like Hillary has officially registered with the FEC as a presidental candidate.
And if she loses as President, there is no way she would run for reelection for NY Senator. She made several solemn pledges to stick with the Senate seat for all six years.
Very interesting...

Hillary running is enough to scare anyone, not just Republicans! but she has declined running this round.

look further down the page

NOTE:

Candidate listings may appear here as a result of draft committees or independent expenditure committees registering with the FEC. If no official documents appear below, the individual identified here has taken no action to become a candidate.

You will notice that nothing appears below this message, therefore it is very unlikely that Hillary has started a campaign

It is probably one of the many "Draft Hillary" groups that exist

"From the beginning all of our efforts with Mr. Chen have been guided by his choices and our values, and I'm pleased that today our ambassador has spoken with him again, our embassy staff and our doctor had a chance to meet with him and he confirms that he and his family now want to go to the United States so he can pursue his studies," Clinton told reporters in Beijing."

Hillary and China have concocted a plausible story to allow the state department to wiggle out.

Chen will not leave China, nor was it ever intended that he and his family leave China.

However, the administration has received support from some human rights groups, such as Amnesty International, which believe that it was worthwhile trying to find a way for Mr Chen to remain in China, given the long experience of dissidents who have quickly become irrelevant in China after moving to the US.

Mr Cohen said that the idea was to achieve the sort of status for Mr Chen that Ai Weiwei, the dissident artist, now faces. Released from prison last June after nearly three months in solitary confinement, Mr Ai is under some restrictions but still has the ability to have his views heard. “It is something between prison and freedom,” said Mr Cohen. “If he comes here [to the US], he will disappear.”

If Hillary challenged obama, he would make her drinking the issue. Hillary is done. She has watched her husband and Sarah Palin make more money and be more politically relevant as non-candidates than office holders. She's a smart woman, money, glory, no responsibility. There is no downside.

If lard ass somehow did wrestle the nomination away from Barry this year, what would be the point? The vast vast vast majority of black voters wouldn't support her and she'd lose the election. Her only chance is to keep her powder dry until '16, but she's gonna be a pretty old hag by then.

Yeah, there's some serious thread necromancy going on here.

No, she's not running in 2012. She will probably not run in 2016 honestly. Most candidates have a a fairly narrow window in which they could be a credible challenger for the White House. Hillary's window opened in 2004. She made a decision not to run. Losing in 2008 to Obama, who went on to win, finished her. The earliest she can run is 2016, by which point no one will care.

The same thing happened to Evan Bayh out of Indiana. He was pretty seriously talked about for President back in 2004 and 2008. He opted not to run and he's been out of the public eye for too long now.

Should Romney win in November, there's a whole crop of Republicans that are just out of luck. Jindal's window will have closed by the next time he could credibly run as he leaves office in Louisiana in 2014. A Romney win means he can't run for POTUS until 2020. He'd be out of the public eye for about 6 years, which is just too long.

Even bin laden said that they would never dream of assassinating Biden because he's a perfect imbecile and would make a worse President than Obama.

Biden is VP because he's the only person in all of DC who can make Obama look smart in comparison.
