I don't think so. Jordan sees Iran as a direct threat to itself, and a strong Israeli attack on Iran's military assets would serve Jordan's interests as well as Israel's. Imo, the Biden administration will want to prevent a strong back and forth conflict between Iran and Israel as the US is heading to elections, so Biden will probably try to prevent such a strong attack on Iran that it will feel it has to retaliate again, but threatening to weaken Jordan's defenses against Iran would not play well in the Arab world.
