"5 Countries That Do It Better: How Sexual Prudery Makes America a Less Healthy and Happy Place
Sexual attitudes in Europe are the stuff of the Christian Right's nightmares — yet many of those societies are better for having more open attitudes toward sexuality.

1. The Netherlands
2. Switzerland
3. Spain
4. France
5. Germany

The best sex education classes are always held in the locker room at the high school gym. Can't beat it.

Here is your chart;

How'd ya do that? Give a man a fish and all that :)

If you are using Win7 go to Menu-->All Programs-->Accessories-->Snipping Tool

A pop up will appear and you just highlight what you want to copy.

Then just do a paste (Cntrl-V) and it will appear in your post.

There are tools like Snag-It that do the same thing for better features but you have to pay a license fee. The MS Snipping Tool is a free accessory that comes with Windows.

I don't know if they have a Snag-It version for Win98 but you could try searching for it. :)

Very simply those other countries have no morals so why would we expect them to have proper views on sex ed. The problem here in the US is that we don't hold people responsible for their sexual mustakes

Ironic that someone who advocates beating women is whining about a lack of "morals".

When you can't even discuss the very best thing about being alive, sex, without people getting pissed off with each other, something's really wrong.

What's the big fucking deal? It is not rocket science. Insert, move vigorously, then go to sleep.

Soooooooo, the relevant question is, what does the "teen birth rate" mean? Is it an indication of the "success" of a nation's sex education policies?

Obviously, patently, emphatically not.

The only basis on which one would conclude that "poor" sex education leads to a high teen birth rate is if you assume that teenage girls are copulating, but are not aware that this is an act that might result in pregnancy/births.

Which is patently absurd.

The U.S., unlike most European countries, has large ethnic groups in which illegitimate births to teenage girls are the norm (African-American), and relatively early marriages are the norm (Mexican immigrant). Thus, the high teen birth rate is completely explained.

Neither of these phenomena has anything to do with sex education.

It might be enlightening (I'm being sarcastic) for the person who goes by "Delta..." to explain the correlation between sex education and teen birth rate.
