Fox News first reported the expanded probe on Monday, Jan. 11, 2016 based on information they received from "three intelligence sources."
The FBI is looking into whether Clinton overlapped her work at the State Department with that of her husband former President Bill Clinton's, Clinton Foundation, and a registered public charity.
