In firing Tom Price, Trump just did what Obama never could

It's not a "tricky question". It's simple. Either she broke the law or she didn't. You answered that, technically, she did. You're the first liberal in history to acknowledge that she broke the law. Congratulations. My hunt for ONE honest liberal has finally come to fruition. :)

Did John Hinckley break the law by shooting Ronald Reagan, yes. Was he guilty of breaking the law, NO !!!!

To be able to be convicted of breaking a law, one must have criminal intent. Lacking such intent, it doesn't make a difference if the law was broken or not, a conviction for breaking it can't be had.

So far two US presidents have been impeached. None have been convicted, so you could argue, what was the point? Yes they were impeached, but that means nothing..

This was just like Clinton stupid and possibly illegal, not necessarily something a person should be fired over.

Hillary knew it was improper AND illegal, lied about it and tried to cover her tracks. Then, liberals nominated her to be potus. LOL.

Gee Trump lied about all things large and small, was sued 3000 times for business deals gone wrong, admitted to sexually assaulting women he found attractive, was being sued in two states for fraud in the Trump University scandal, declared bankruptcy 6 times, and then added a 7th bankruptcy while running for President, and you idiots still elected him President.

What? Fire 20 of his top advisers and cabinet members for corruption and incompetence in his first 250 days?

Finally, something we can both agree on.
Trump never wanted to fire any of those people. The optics were just too awful. And for a reality show TV star, optics are everything.

As pointed out by Dragonlady Trump admitted to what to the letter of the law is sexual assault on the Billy Bush tape, that didn't stop conservatives nominating him, so that's another piece of irony.

So true, when did Obama ever hold anyone responsible, including himself?

A few excerpts below.

In firing Tom Price, Trump just did what Obama never could: Accept blame and tell a bureaucrat 'you're fired'

When Mexican drug runners gunned down Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in 2010 with a firearm they bought through the Fast and Furious program, Obama had no knowledge of the situation. Rather than aiding the investigation, the president would later invoke executive privilege to hide documents from a House committee. And Obama never publicly reprimanded Attorney General Eric Holder, let alone fire him.

Same thing happened with the Veterans Health Administration scandal of 2014. After at least 40 patients died waiting in line trying to get care, Obama pled ignorance, ordered an investigation, and signed some reform legislation. He did not fire anyone.

When tax agents targeted conservatives for their political beliefs, violating their First Amendment rights, the president issued a harshly worded statement. IRS Director John Koskinen wasn't fired, reprimanded, or otherwise – nor was Lois Lerner, who was primarily responsible for the scandal as the director of the Exempt Organizations Unit of the IRS. She even kept her job after destroying her computer hard drives to hide evidence.
You might want to read a little about the VA scandal before embarrassing yourself further .... assuming you are capable of embarrassment.
Bendog He already conceded the point. You know claiming he should read up first is kind of ironic.
Why should I have to read a stupid thread to comment that it's a stupid thread? Isn't your post ironic.

To be able to be convicted of breaking a law, one must have criminal intent.

There was guy that took pictures of the inside of a nuclear sub so that he could, one day and, according to him, show his children and grandchildren where he worked. He was sentenced to prison even though he didn't "intend" any harm to America. Hillary skated and was nominated for potus. It seems the "intent" clause only applies to everyday Americans. But, of course, we all knew there was NO WAY Obama was going to let Hillary get indicted. God only knows how much dirt she has on him and most assuredly would have spilled. The fix was in from day one.

I've never advocated that Trump should be Pope. :)

And you morons voted a community organizer to two terms and was the first potus in American history to NEVER realize an annual GDP of 3%. THAT is why Hillary lost all the swing voters in the swing states. Swing voters in the swing states gravitated to Trump because he sold them a winning message on growth and prosperity.

Intent does not have to be a reason to charge and prosecute, the action is suffice...

Bullshit. AND YOU KNOW it is bullshit too as wel already talked about this.

The guy got jail time because he tried to cover up taking the pictures by destroying his camera and laptop. Who the fuck does that if that was just pictures for the family and not espionage.

You mean like how Hillary deleted 33,000 emails and wiped the server instead of preserving for the State Department? He deleted evidence and Hillary deleted evidence but she skated and he went to prison, right?

Obama would never have nominated such a freakin idiot like Price.

Tour hero, the great judge of character that he claims to be, hired Price, Flynn, Manafort, etc

You are lying about the VA. No one died because their appointments were delayed. Shinsecki resigned you asswipe & Obama nominated a new head.

There was no scandal at the IRS. A couple local offices used a short cut to speed up approvals on a tax exempt status. The real problem, was the dumbass Tea Partiers who applied for a tax status not meant for political organizations & used Tea Party or Patriot in the title.

Trump hired a man who was a foregn agent & gave him security clearance.

The state department had its own servers, so they should have already have these emails archived.

This guy took unauthorized pictures in a restricted area and then moved them to unsecured devices.

You take Hillary for her word when she says they were "personal" emails? LOL. Hey k*nt, was Hillary truthful when she said she didn't transmit classified information through her private server? Cue the k*nt act.
