You are such a damn liar, so typical of the Right. So where are all you idiots that claim Bush spent like a "drunken sailor"?
Were you around after the below events occurred?
Why haven't some of you recognized in 6 years Obama has over spent revenues 400% more then Bush did in 6 years!
View attachment 64299
First of all Bush's first fiscal year was 2002 not 2003 on your chart, and including estimates for 2016 and 2017 does not make 6 years for Obama. So the lying scum use 7 years for Bush as 8 years and 8 years for Obama as 6 years.
Bush spent $20.83 trillion in 8 years and Obama spent $21.25 trillion in 6 less than $1 trillion more and not your lying $6.2 trillion, hardly your lying 400% more.

OK... let's use your figures OK???
First let's define a Fiscal Year... The Budget of the United States Government often begins as the President's proposal to the U.S. Congress which recommends funding levels for the next fiscal year, beginning October 1 and ending on September 30 of the year following."
fiscal year glossary term
This means that the budget of 2001 was submitted by Bill Clinton and was in force during most of George W. Bush's first year in office. The budget submitted by George W. Bush in his last year in office was the budget of 2009, which was in force through most of Barack Obama's first year in office.
That being the case then let's start with Bush's Budget at the end of 2002 OK???
So when you divide Obama's $6.220 Trillion OVERSPENDING by Bush's $3.546 trillion overspending Obama INCREASED OVERSPENDING by 175%!!!
With NONE of the gigantic cataclysmic events that occurred under Bush.
YOU tell me what would have happened under Obama if any ONE of these events occurred?
The recession and following dot.com bust COST $8 trillion and guess what? receipts dropped by over $70 billion in ONE year due to those losses there were
deductions against income.
What would Obama do with 3,000 lives lost, $1 trillion in losses due to worst hurricane seasons...
And of course 9/11! over 400,000 jobs lost. 18,000 business lost! And you don't think that had ANY affect on the economy???
