I think Calif and Ariz has lot the most, in lives and money. But Calif has refused to do anything and Ariz has pass laws affecting illegal aliens. Calif does nothing but whine for more govenment money to help them take care of illegals and their anchor babies.

That should be against the law, to use our tax dollars for that.
