He thinks being opposed to illegal immigration somehow means you're opposed to legal immigration, which his cartoon implies was the predessor of the Make America Great Again movement. Neither logic nor wit is present in that one.

he's saying that the immigrants....don't look like illegals..... comes to this country and if they come legally they don't want illegals flooding the country too...and so....they become Maga supporters. of course the author tries to disparage Maga supporters.

Key word here is LEGAL Immigrants who assimilated into this country and became AMERICANS...appreciate this country so much that they want to protect it from ILLEGALS From all countries who come here NOT to assimilate but to MILK US>.....and nobody appreciates that.
