Here's a list of illegal activities committed by Walmart, that Walmart executives pay the Government off for.

1. Price fixing.
It is technically illegal for a business to tell customers that they can bring in proof of a lower price from another store, and that they'll match the price.
That is price fixing, and it is unfair competition, and also discriminatory pricing because it charges one customer a lower price for the same thing, than another customer is paying.

2. While it is not illegal to have a store brand, it is illegal to mislead customers to believe that the store brand is just as high quality as the known leading national brands when it isn't.

3. False advertising.
Walmart is not a local business, it is a multinational corporation, it is not a mom and pop red & white store with a small gas station.

4. Walmart is an unethical business that sells things that I could get from made-in-china.com and sells absolutely everything, and offers nothing of good quality.
And the low prices comes from causing poverty, by over working and underpaying their workers, and committing crimes against workers...
It is illegal to ask if you part of a union.
It is illegal to ban workers from organizing.
It is illegal to ask women if they're pregnant.
and so on.

5. A full time job is 40 hours per week...
It is unethical to call 30 hours per week, "full time", with the goal of paying them less.

I believe the DOL has always classified 30 hours a week as full time for benefit purposes.
