If this is true...Part II

If this report from WJLA in Baltimore is true in which it reports that police found no evidence of substantial injury to Freddy Gray during his videotaped arrest, and it hasn't been verified as of yet, then such a finding would only further reveal another rush to judgement by those protesting police brutality. Though I can't speak for those who claim to have been targets of police scrutiny or brutality, the great deal of other people alongside them may (emphasis on "may") have rushed to judgement in this incident.

The report goes on to say that he sustained the fatal injury when his head slammed into the back of the police van, according to the Medical Examiner. Whether the injury was voluntary or not is as of yet unclear. This story is unverified and should not be construed to be accurate unless confirmed by other sources.

More to follow:

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJLA) -- An investigation into the death of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray has found no evidence that his fatal injuries were caused during his videotaped arrest and interaction with police officers, according to multiple law enforcement sources

The sources spoke to ABC7 News after being briefed on the findings of a police report turned over to prosecutors on Thursday.

Sources said the medical examiner found Gray's catastrophic injury was caused when he slammed into the back of the police transport van, apparently breaking his neck; a head injury he sustained matches a bolt in the back of the van.

Law enforcement sources say Freddie Gray suffered head injury in police transport van WJLA.com

Well it seems that many can not wait for the investigation is conducted.

Remember how quick the feds got involved in Ferguson? Where are in this situation?

This city has been under the rule of Democrats (the far left to be more specific) for so long and it goes to show their plan does not work.

This problem is the product of a political party that likes to blame and say it is someone else's fault, so we will try and punish those people by taking their money and giving it to you. Instead of promoting that self reliance and that you can do what you want and that you control your destiny.

Notice how many of these politicians in Baltimore (especially the mayor) are operating on a narrative and not really answering any questions?

Then again in the case of the mayor it probably is for the best..

has tk addressed the extra stop that the police hid at first...only revealed by a private camera?

has tk addressed the fact that a bolt in the van fits the head injury?

has tk addressed the fact that a man was killed for looking a cop in the eye?

those are facts......

Point is that not all the evidence has been presented. If the cops are responsible, they should be charged and face the music.

Nothing, and I mean nothing, justifies the rioting that has gone on in several cities. Many people have been injured, property destroyed and there is no excuse for those who committed these acts.

Except white people don't pay attention to this sort of shit UNLESS there is a riot.

They only way to prevent incidents with police like this is... to obey the law. Don't resist arrest. Let the justice system work.

right. Says the guy who rarely gets off the couch and probably has no interaction with the police but whines about "government oppression".

Since 2010, 109 residents of Baltimore have been killed by police. 70% of those killed were black. only 2 incidents were police officers charged with a crime.

i wonder how much the police are paying out for the so called rough rides? news is saying millions have been paid out for this type of treatment but then the point was made.....cameras would catch that type of driving....etc and so forth ...we will now find out if we are truly on camera 24/7 in the cities....will the truth ever be knows? lets see how technology deals with this one....can there ever really be a resolution to these matters?
