If there’s a recession, Trump deserves it

Trump has rejected mainstream advice on how to address these problems —such as working through the World Trade Organization and banding together with allies — because he and a few sycophants think tariffs are the way to go. He’s wrong about that. Trump’s tariffs are a tax on American business and consumers, and if they hurt the Chinese economy, it’s only after they hurt the U.S. economy first. JP Morgan Chase estimates Trump’s tariffs will cost the average US household $1,000 per year, and more .

Lefties sure are hoping for a recession:

It's coming. Who will you blame then?

You’re admitting that tax breaks help the economy and trickle-down economics works.
Good for you!

There is not going to be a recession. They are lying just to make it look like Pres.Trump doesn't know what he is doing. If there's signs of a recession, then why would the federal reserve are trying to raise the interest rate?
So stop believing in these lies that the sky is falling. And let's all sit around a campfire, holding hands singing kumbaya, while Pres.Trump drains the swamp.

Presidents usually avoid criticizing the central bank, which is designed to be independent from political interference. But Trump has repeatedly lashed out at Fed Chairman Jerome Powell.

"I'm not thrilled with his raising of interest rates, no. I'm not thrilled," the president, who himself appointed Powell to lead the central bank, told Reuters on Monday. "I should be given some help by the Fed."

Will Trump be able to pressure Powell into changing course?

Can Trump bend the Fed to his will?

But I thought it was Obama's economy?

The Trump family isn't going to be the ones suffering if the D's gets the recession they are pushing for.
