i agree. The idea that Unions were why we could not compete has been disproved by the continued lack of competitive success despite the growth of non union manufacturing and the decline in wages.
It made plenty of sense in the 80s with all the information about abuse of Union power, but it was obviously not the whole problem.
Time to adjust our efforts to that new information.
