I'll give you all-around condemnation of some nut ball that hearing or seeing some guy watching little kids bounce on a trampoline, would go to the house and kill everybody inside. That is not vigilantism. That is sick, violent and unbalanced murder, in the extreme, and he deserves to be locked away, without a doubt.

The response to a creep isn't to blow away his entire family. What did they have to do with? His way to defend his kids.isn't to make them fatherless while he dies in prison. I understand the rage but this is excessive, especially because he didn't even touch them. Another reminder why society MUST clamp down on and not take pedopelia lightly. Especially if it is from an authority figure (in Canada that means teachers and the police).

You would probably like the tall privacy fencing with gates locked from the inside, also. Difference, of course, is my training, self-discipline, and that unless going to the range (except for the Walther, my carry weapon) my guns stay inside the house, and to get my permit, the state required me to have a local and national background check, take an 8 hour class on the laws and liabilities, and qualify with record range firing. Although, I have to admit, hitting his targets did not seem to be one of his many problems. Of course, it didn't say what weapon he used or how many rounds he fired to kill all four of his neighbors, home at the time.
