I was wrong! I've corrected the numbers and now where will we get $2.1 Trillion to $550 Trillion to fulfill Biden's "Guarantee"!

I agree. more electrical power is needed.
But at a capital cost of $1,200 to $5,000 or average of $3,100 per kW to provide the additional 3,070,360,300,580 kWh for EVs and Biden's destruction of
fossil fuel plants, 3,070,360,300,580kWh /365 days/24 hours/day or 350,497,751 kW @ $3,100/kW)=$1,086,543,028,744
where will the $1,086,543,028,744 come from?
Comes from us consumer households of which 123 million will have to pay either directly or indirectly through goods/services by businesses.
Average payment for this $1,086,543,028,744 paid by 123,000,000 households or $8,834/12 months or $736/month added on to our electric bills.
Now mind you this is adding to existing power plants...assuming rules, regulations, Federal/state/local allow AND there is available land to expand.

Lets' start over: I think I have been going wrong somewhere in the math?
Suppose building a NEW power plant costs ~$1000/kW.

Suppose every EV car has a 100KW battery and we add 10million new EV cars.
1TW new additional charge will be needed to charge new batteries.

At cost of $1000/kW for a NEW ELECTRIC plant: 1TW*$1000/kW = $1T dollars (ouch)

are we OK to here? seems very costly.

Fair enough. Biden should have said, inject bleach.

You stupid OX, get out of the thread with that BS. They were exposing blood to UltraViolet light to "clean it" decades back and Trump knew it. Not how MSLSD told you stupid hacks to spin the information!

You are right! 7,959 power plants at $3 billion is $23 trillion and 400 times $ 3 billion is $1.2 trillion.
So? According to this table: Nuclear generated in 1 year..772,000,000,000 kWh
As of May 25, 2022, there were 54 commercially operating nuclear power plants with 92 nuclear power reactors in 28 U.S. states.
772,000,000,000 kW in 2021 divided by 94 plants equals 8,212,765,957 per plant.
Now Biden destroys 2,554,000,000,000 kWh fossil fuel plants... plus will need
58,101,100,200 kWh for cars AND
467,685,949,987 kWh for trucks.
2,540,668,300,000 for destroyed fossil fuels
3,066,455,350,187 kWh will have to be generated by 373 nuclear power plants at $3 billion each or $1,120,130,063,212
So where is that $1.1 Trillion coming from for the 373 nuclear plants?

So where is that $1.1 Trillion coming from for the 373 nuclear plants?

The same place your $550 trillion was coming from.

Are you so business naive that you have NO idea how these 373 nuclear plants will be built? Where does all businesses ultimately
get their revenue? From the consumers. Are you that so uninformed?
$1,100,000,000,000 will be paid by the 123 million households directly or indirectly through the goods/services paid by consumers.
That will mean the average household will through increased utility prices pay at least $8,943 on their electric utility bill.

No kidding.

But look on the bright side, I saved them 99.8% off your bad math.

That will mean the average household will through increased utility prices pay at least $8,943 on their electric utility bill.

Over 20 or 30 years or 40 years. And if we shut down enough unreliable "green energy" at the same time, it could potentially save money.

The average American drives 14,034 per year.
The 100kW battery.Tesla's biggest 100kWh battery is good for 375 miles according to the WLTP standard
14,034/375 miles would be 37 times a year or
In 2021, the average U.S. household spent $122 per month on electricity, with the average U.S. resident consuming 892 kilowatt-hours per month, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration.
Cost is $.136 per kWh or for 3,700 kWh $503.00/12 or $50/month for their EV.
The average month gas powered car bill is again at 14,034/year and average of 25 mpg or 561 gallons at $3.64 or $170/month.
Definitely less expensive... before adding the cost the utilities will need to charge.
