There is no indication Obama has ever heard of Steele before his name went public (not that Steele is accused of doing anything illegal btw)

No indication that he was involved in any IRS's middle-management decision making (again, no one accused of doing anything illegal)

No indication that he had anything to do with COMPLETELY LEGAL surveillance conducted through FISA court warrant process. Surveillance NOT of Trump tower and not even anyone that was still with the campaign.
