Oh yeah, I remember, like going outside in SCUBA gear. Just looked at my hygrometer, it's extremely high this morning, close to 12%......What's humidity.............. I'm sitting here in the house freezing my ass off thinking about getting a heating blanket when it's 80 degrees outside!
Give me ceiling fans and hot air over this!
Nah, I love it. Keeps the house at a nice 74 F., and kills the humidity.
East Coast blight. Built on a swamp.

Nothing better than a dry wind....Oh yeah, I remember, like going outside in SCUBA gear. I take the purple pills the VA gives me...I take B-12, for anemia....Low iron..
Probably - I don't eat a lot of meat, protein, nuts etc. I don't take vitamins either - I had some pancakes they were warm so I feel a little better now
Actually, I DID buy some MIO to go in my water (Blackberry/Raspberry) that has B vitamins in it - not sure if it has B-12, will look.....yep, B3, B6 and B12
Especially if it's anatomically related!!!Nothing better than a dry wind....Oh yeah, I remember, like going outside in SCUBA gear. and check your blood glucose.....that is exactly how diabetics feel...cold all the time...arms and leg numbness..that is quite advanced...normally the feet are the first sign...feeling cold all the time...
Too freakin cold for me. 72-73 is where mine are set. I call anything lower than that a meat locker. It's about 68-70, is that normal? I hate it. It's not too bad at this moment cause the blowers aren't on.
I am comfortable in a house that is in the 80's. All I need is a tank top and shorts.
Now I know where I left that.....View attachment 76032I take B-12, for anemia....Low iron..

You need to read The Art of the Deal, or practice your tantrums, or something. Spouse should be able to compromise in the 73 degree range. Just my opinion. You apparently also hate thermostats.
I don't get to control that....
It was awesome 2 summers ago when our AC went down.... except for all the spousal complaining!

Northern Va reminded me of the tropics during summer, 98 degrees, 97% humidity, the moment you step outside you're bathed in sweat. Out here in the desert it's not the humidity, it's the skin searing, bone melting heat that gets ya..........In certain parts yes..Especially if it's anatomically related!!!Nothing better than a dry wind....Oh yeah, I remember, like going outside in SCUBA gear. Around here it's high humidity to go with high heat, so these idiots will say it's nat as bad when it's hot in the desert, cause it's a dry breeze, while in the sub-tropics you feel oppressed by the heat and humidity....I've lived with a nice dry wind and humid one, the only difference was I preferred not to be in either...
