Usually these vehicles can stop pretty fast, I know my car has the radar in the front and I have seen it go into action. But if someone waits to the last minute and self suicides the bus cannot react fast enough. Will let it go until the final results are in.

You will never find me in a self-driving vehicle. I don’t even like being in vehicles with drivers other than me. I wouldn’t get anywhere near a vehicle with no driver.

...and the governing body that approved it. But in most places, it's next to impossible to sue the gov't by an individual.
