Doesn't look like it. Ethernet only.

You can get a PCI-E WiFi adapter card, however the spec's say there is only 1 slot on the motherboard.

I don't give that kind of advice, the choice is yours.

The motherboard spec's say there is a single PCI-E slot on the motherboard. If there is something else already in the slot, then you could have a problem. Since you provided an E-Bay link you would have to check with the seller.

If you want to buy a 6 year old computer, that is up to you. But I'd get with a real tech person before buying it if WiFi connectivity is a requirement to make sure you can get the adapter card that is compatible with that system/motherboard.

According to the specs it has an integrated wireless LAN so yes it has Wi-Fi.
2017 is pretty old tech by now, it's good for the average user and it looks like it's been upgraded so it should be okay with Win 10. The biggest issue is it only has one expansion slot so you're limited in that area. It only has 3 USB ports, one front and one back which is another limiting factor. But again it's probably enough for the average user.
