How will Crazy Eyes Cortez pay for agenda?

Some ideas Votto:
1. take on prison reform and demand reimbursement to taxpayers
for all the corruption, abuse and waste of tax money on unconstitutional
prison contracts and policies. Assess credits including up yo 80,000 a year
for false imprisonment, and demand a fund be set up and managed
for all these debts and damages owed to victims especially taxpayers
forced to pay all these costs. And use THOSE credits to fund the conversion
of prisons and detention centers, public housing and schools into cost effective
medical education and service centers, where public health services and treatment
to prevent crime from addiction and mental illness is paid for as part of medical
education and internships in order to produce enough doctors, nurses and medical professionals
necessary to support universal health care for all.

2. Demand similar restitution for all victims of rape, abuse and trafficking,
where credits are assessed that are owed to all rape and abuse victims
and the costs are the responsibility of the actual wrongdoers, not charged to taxpayers.

Because these wrongdoers do not have ability to pay for the costs of their crimes,
these debts should be held as collateral on loans to finance the restoration, recovery
and reparations owed to victims including taxpayers who have been paying the costs
of crime, incarceration and prosecution. Based on corruption and collusion of Govt
and Corporate crimes alone, taxpayers are owed in the billions if not trillions for
the cost of policing and paying for the wrongs of others for which we should not be punished.

So add up all these debts, where taxpayers and investors can buy out shares
in exchange for owning control of property and programs until the wrongdoers pay back their own debts.

In the meantime, we can use the Federal Reserve to track billions of credits owed to taxpayers,
and divide these shares by party or by state to organize how they want to apply these credits
toward reforming
* the border
* prisons
* mental health
* VA
* and other medical education and services to meet the demands of the population

Since parties and states do not necessarily agree on health care or prison policies,
that's why I would recommend dividing the funds and credit by state or party so the
members of those entities can decide democratically how they want to finance reforms,
under what terms and budget plans.

I suggest Democrats take on prison reform and turning those facilities into medical schools
for sustainable universal health care.

And Republicans take on VA reform and set up teaching hospitals and military prisons
along the border to create a sustainable system of law enforcement that also
provides jobs and health care for veterans.

We can refinance these institutions by demanding credits for restitution owed
to taxpayers for both criminal trafficking and corporate abuses of govt resources.

But we have to unite to demand this instead of competing to deny wrongdoing by one party or another.
If all parties unite in going after corruption and demanding reimbursement, we have enough
credits to turn debts and damages into capital to refinance reforms, and organize these by parties.

That's what I would suggest to Cortez and to Cruz. And organize support to go after
all crimes, collusion, and corruption for which Taxpayers should be collecting restitution
instead of paying for more and more debts and damages from abuses and wrongdoings of others.

Wait........wut?

Hope that the current system ripe with corruption and mass spending and debt somehow finds Jesus and figures it out?

Here is an idea, let's tell the party that can't fork over $5 billion for a border wall to go to hell.
The repubs didnt fork over 5B either. Nobody wants the dumb wall. Why do you think it has failed for the past 2 years when repubs were in control?

Because both parties are in the back pockets of the drug cartels like the rest of the governments in Central and South America?

Or are they just too busy watching Cortez pole dance on the House floor?
Nope. Because illegal immigrants keep the economy in several important states afloat.

Well she does look better than that whore Melania in the white house.

True, illegal drugs help keep the economy flowing at the price of 200 people dead every day.

Thanks for that.
No stupid. I am talking about agriculture primarily.

How will Crazy Eyes Cortez and the rest of her socialist dead head groupies pay for their socialist agenda of free health care and college costing around $40 trillion when Trump can't even manage to drum up $5 billion for a wall Chuck Schumer said we needed before Trump ever took office?

I know, maybe she will become a stripper.

My question Asclepias
Why not ask for more than just a Wall?
What about Walls of schools, of teaching hospitals and campus housing
all across the border?

Why not demand that the Walls that are built be the Walls of sustainable
structures to provide jobs, housing and education and services?

If Republicans are demanding 5 billion for just the external security
why not also demand Matching Funds for programs that are going to
help people to access services WITHOUT having to cross the border illegally?

Between Mexico that owes restitution for cartel crimes and collusion
involving govt corruption, as well as the traffickers themselves who owe
restitution to victims, all the countries whose citizens have been victimized,
trafficked and/or fleeing deserve safe shelter BEFORE and INSTEAD of
seeking illegal entry. So why not work with these countries to set up
alternatives on the Mexican side of the border? And grant tracks of land
and shares of ownership in campus towns and city states to workers
to develop their own communities and programs so they enjoy full
rights of democracy that are supposed to be the goal here?

Texas was developed by giving land grants to settlers to work the land.
Why not follow the wisdom of Peruvian Economist De Soto who preached
that the solution to stopping abuse and trafficking of migrant workers is to
let them work to own the land where their jobs are. Ownership will end
the cycle of poverty, and stop this whole vicious cycle of political infighting for control.

If Republicans are REAL about free enterprise and the empowerment of property ownership
where people are no longer dependent on party or government to be in charge of managing for themselves.

If Democrats are REAL about equal inclusion, empowerment and justice for minority classes,
then both sides should unite in promoting sustainable business development along the border.

Instead of just empty walls, why not build whole cities?
And fill those walls with schools, teaching hospitals, campus
jobs and housing to solve the problems of poverty and the
criminal trafficking taking advantage of poor workers?

The beauty of a wall is that it is plain for all to see. You build it and then can't change your mind a second later, can't funnel the money back out of the wall without anyone looking, does not even matter if you get politicians in there that hate it. it just sits there doing a job our political leaders should be trying to do but are too corrupt to do.

Why then give them citizenship and crash the economy by forcing them to be paid minimum wage?

Liberal logic is truly astounding.

Yep, Dims never change. They are always demanding slave labor whether it be the negro or the Hispanic.

Dear Votto
We need more than just a Wall.
Mexico needs to reclaim its own land back from the drug cartels and corrupt officials letting them run amok.
By developing sustainable businesses, campuses, hospital districts and whole city states along the border,
that will solve both the problems of economic instability causing the influx
and the problem of criminal trafficking.

Don't you think it's more unifying to address BOTH the economic causes,
the criminal and the security issues with ONE SOLUTION?

How can you separate the security issues from the criminal trafficking and poverty pimping
that is sending people by droves, lured by these coyotes and traffickers.

Why not solve all problems by uniting to build sustainable development
at the same time we are planning a wall?

Would you build a house by just starting with one wall?
Wouldn't you plan the overall structure instead of fighting over what good is one wall
going to do, versus what else you plan to build in addition to that wall?

We just had a horde of immigrants traveling to the border all the way from Honduras bypassing all other countries along the way.

Now are we to believe that there are no decent hospitals between here and there? If not, then we have an even bigger problem here that won't be solved with your solution.

As for criminal activity, the only way to curb it is to secure the border, and not having a wall in trying to do that will only make the attempt that much harder.

Dear Asclepias:
1. If Mexican citizens own land on their side of the border to stabilize it with sustainable
economic development, isn't that even better than depending on US citizenship to have equal rights?
2. What if citizens enrolling in work study programs get selected based on their ability to
bring their education and career training in management BACK to their home countries
to set up democratic management of business, property and social program management
where EVERY district in every city, state and country can develop similar models of self govt?
3. isn't this the ideal in both Christian teachings of teaching people to fish and enjoy freedom for themselves
as equal children of God? and in Constitutional teachings that the natural laws of democratic self govt
are SELF EVIDENT and born into ALL PEOPLE made equal by our creation. And these rights from
God DO NOT DEPEND on govt, but depend on people invoking the laws and authority directly?
This is the secular equivalent of the Lutheran Reformation movement, where church authority
did not control the relations between people and God which was through Christ not through Catholic priests.
Here, people have equal ability to invoke and enforce the same laws in the Constitution
but directly by embodying and practicing them and becoming "their own government"

This is what Conservatives have been preaching!

But you are right Asclepias
Too many Conservatives have become the "liberals" they complain about
"depending on govt." Now too many run around depending on Trump, depending on elections to Congress,
depending on people in or out of govt. They have FORGOTTEN and contradict their own message!

You are right about that.
It will be interesting to see if Cortez or Cruz gets what is going on here.
And how democraticizing the next stages of govt development
means empowering the people to build it ourselves.
Cortez may understand this better than Cruz.
She and Trump, if they can align on this as fellow New Yorkers
and Texans can unit on "building cities ourselves" we might
get some teamwork going and build MORE than just a Wall!

And nothing wrong with Dual Citizenship if that's what it takes.
the UT campus at Brownsville already has an international program
that crosses the border, where any wall would cut through their campus.

There's no reason we can't have international work study programs
to develop sustainable campus towns along the border and accommodate
families and communities of mixed citizenship. Democratic solutions
don't have to depend on citizenship but can involve cooperative programs
and support of churches, businesses, govts, and nonprofits independent of nationality.

I'm saying to build teaching hospitals and medical military facilities
as part of the border development. Because there is a demand for it,
ask the workers to organize support to build it in exchange for shares in ownership.

You really are not getting this.

Dear Votto
I'm saying to build teaching hospitals and medical military facilities
as part of the border development. Because there is a demand for it,
ask the workers to organize support to build it in exchange for shares in ownership.

That's it!

Just build one continuous military facility along the border!

You sir are a genius!

Right, the US needs cheap illegals to do a job under the table that is cheaper than minimum wage.

Why then give them citizenship and crash the economy by forcing them to be paid minimum wage?

Liberal logic is truly astounding.

Yep, Dims never change. They are always demanding slave labor whether it be the negro or the Hispanic.

Dear Votto

what we could do to start converting from slave labor and sweatshops to liveable conditions
is to set up workstudy campus jobs and convert sweatshop factories into supervised job training centers.

even if workers are at student wages, they could receive on site benefits such as low cost housing
and health care provided by student interns supervised as part of medical training to earn their education by public service.

Sadly, the very Democrats who have been preaching for prison reforms to stop abuses of labor
and for health care reforms are the very CORRUPT officials who destroyed and censored
their own plans of their own constituents to convert public housing to sustainable campuses to stop abuses
by political monopolies for contract and offices benefiting by warehousing and keeping poor residents in poverty.

I had asked Asclepias and IM2
about uniting with Kaepernick on promoting sustainable
business plans for reclaiming and restoring distressed
black districts destroyed by political corruption and abuses.

www.campusplan.org
I believe these plans coming out of District 18
under Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee can
be replicated and expanded upon to develop plans for the border
that will unite left and right on cost effective sustainable solutions:
www.rightsfortheworkers.org
www.earnedamnesty.org

Why not host a national contest between a women's team and
men's team? And see if Cortez, Clinton and Lee can do a better job of
uniting women and workers to rebuild the border to provide
safe and sustainable development that stops trafficking crimes,
or the men led by Allen West, Kanye West, Cornell West
Kaepernick and Shaun King can do a better job of uniting forces left and right.

That would make a fun challenging contest,
where all sides would win, by finding out who are allies really are
and who needs to work on separate teams so everyone wins.

Agreed Votto
I believe it will take maximum security and 2/47 guard provided by military
to secure the border and development sites while undergoing construction.

While all the successful health care and educational programs INSIDE
the facilities are modeled or replicated after the best NONPROFITS
that have proven records for building sustainable cost effective programs.
* Doctors without Borders
* Pace Universal
* Habitat for Humanity
The best programs are not run by govt, but funded and built by
donors and volunteers working for charity and free enterprise.

The govt needs to focus on the security and law enforcement
and create jobs for vets including VA facilities.

The nonprofits with the best track records can compete for funds to set up
schools to train workers in health care and social services,
where only the most cost effective programs will serve as models.

Everybody wins, and none of these plans contradict each other.

I wouldn't rely on Mexico getting its act together with the Cartel. The Cartels OWN many in government already, and many of their politicians. That will not change until the Cartels stop making money, and having the kind of money where they can buy the Mexican government.

All we can do is further separate ourselves from the cancer that is Mexico, and slow, or stop the flow of Illegal Aliens, and Illegal Drugs. A wall is a start, and one of the essential tools we have.

I had asked Asclepias and IM2
about uniting with Kaepernick on promoting sustainable
business plans for reclaiming and restoring distressed

No you didn't. You asked us to support a project of yours in Houston.

I don't live in Houston and am doing that in my town.

And when I studied Houston, I saw abuses that started in the 1930's-40's done by republicans and democrats both.

Then I suggested that you start by asking support of the over 60,000 black owned businesses in Houston.

Among other things.

So you can stop the republican lies.

Non-American people are not America's problem. Their host nations need to deal with it. We are NOT responsible for every person born on this planet. BUILD THE WALL.

Mexico will pay for it.

Hadrian's Wall was built so well, that you can still go and see parts of it today, nearly 2000 years after it was made. Hadrian's Wall was a stone barrier built to separate the Romans and the Picts tribes in Scotland. It allowed Roman soldiers to control the movements of people coming into or leaving Roman Britain.
