It's time we take away the limelight from attention-whores like these guys were/are. Now if I was an FBI agent looking for a profile for these types, I'd definitely be searching for a group known for its attention seeking behaviors..

Dylan Roof, shot 9 Christians at a church Bible study the day after a southern Christian church announced publicly it wouldn't support gay marriage.

Chris Mercer, gunned down specifically Christians just after the Pope's talk with Americans, denouncing gay marriage publicly:

Yes, we definitely should pass a law that would curb this demographic, young 20-something gym-going trim and spiffy male attention whores from getting any limelight at all by mention of names. Of course this post would be against the law at that point. But I could have said "South Carolina shooter", "Oregon shooter" and "Arizona shooter"..

Oregon has the background checks Obama is calling for. Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the country, and they're having back-to-back weekends of 50+ shootings.

How about we address the REAL problem?! Our CULTURE!
- Our movies and video ganes glamorize violence and death while de-sensitizing our kids to murder and violence.
- We have taken discipline out of schools and let kids get away with all kinds of things
- Single parent families ... where ther's no dad. Libs want to teach 8yos how to don a condom, engage in oral sex, and how killing babies (abortion at ANY stage of abortion, then cutting up the kids and selling off the parts) is ok but not about RESPECTING LIFE!

Common sense: criminals are called criminals because they do and/or think of crimes they want/do to committ.
Less we want to form a thought police part of the government, more laws are just bluster and feel good, warm and fuzzies for the bleeding hearts.

This foolishness of political correctness and more laws and more spending is breaking the nation, in a real way, Financially.

Given nearly every shooter's motive for doing these killings, the only law that should be passed should be that in any mass shooting or killing, the perpetrator's name cannot be mentioned....ever...period. And anyone who does so in major media does jail time mandatory, because just fining them wouldn't work. They'd gladly pay it for the PR advertising fund inflow. Anyone in minor media (social media) gets a mandatory stiff and punitive fine.

1st Amendment exception for the clear an inarguable better benefit to all US citizens and their safety. If they can make exceptions for the Patriot Act, Congress can make exceptions for the "Anonymous Murderer Act".

If a child throws a tantrum and gets attention it wants each time, should the adults expect that in the future that child won't throw a tantrum when it wants attention again?

The key is:

1. Look at the demographic committing the crime.

2. Remove the attention factor first by disallowing the mention of their name.

3. Get them counselling for untreated anger & mental wounds from having been (statistically) molested as boys.
