The list of sanctuary cities has grown to more than 340, and they shielded an average of 1,000 immigrants a month from deportation last year — and more than 2,000 of those released have already been arrested for yet more crimes, according to a report being released Thursday by the Center for Immigration Studies.

Among those released are illegal immigrants accused of murders and brutal assaults, said Jessica Vaughan, the author of the report, which comes just as the Senate is poised to begin debating legislation to try to crack down on sanctuary jurisdictions.

WTF is there to DEBATE? 340 Cities are now harboring violent criminal illegals that have repeatedly been allowed to rape, molest, assault, kidnap, and murder US citizens! this is a direct result of Obama's REFUSAL to enforce existing Immigration Laws, HIS illegally bringing these criminals here, his violating court orders to release the locations of where his administration has just dumped illegals without notifying local and state governments 1st, and facilitating this 'invasion'!

Umm...NO. Illegals who have been arrested REPEATEDLY for felonies have been released because ICE / DOHS refuses to take them, upon Obama's DOJ orders. (Many articles supporting this - look 'em up.) I guess Obama didn't get enough Americans / people killed when he gave the Mexican Drug Cartels thousands of weapons, so he keeps releasing rapists, kidnappers, and murderers back onto the street.

Yes, unless you are suffering from a liberal governor like we are currently in our state, who's nearing the end of his reign, thank goodness. He actually put a stay of executions on death rowers. Why??? These are folks who've had their day in court and were convicted, plus all the appeals they sanctioned and were denied. While that's not literally releasing them it is releasing them from the death penalty which them deserve. Complete bullshit!
