How to save the earth.

Show me ... actual scientists claim these extinction events occur co-incidence with humans arrival ... 40k yBP in Australia and 15k in America ... what dates do you have? ...

Do you know what "coincident" means? ... it doesn't mean "caused", or are you that shallow? ...
?

It was a joke. Please don't take it personal. Global warming made me do it. It's responsible for everything bad now a days.
You ain't kidding. Its mid December in the northeast and we have no snow whatsoever. Gonna be 50 degrees this week.

I find it interesting that for 50 years of my life we have had snow in December until recently.
Climate change is here and nothing can be done about it.
You do realize this is an interglacial period, right?

For how long?
let's see... about 11,600 years.... give or take.

"...The preceding four interglacial periods are seen at about 125,000, 280,000, 325,000 and 415,000 years before now, with much longer glacial periods in between. All four previous interglacial periods are seen to be warmer than the present. The typical length of a glacial period is about 100,000 years, while an interglacial period typically lasts for about 10-15,000 years. The present inter-glacial period has now lasted about 11,600 years..."

Wow. So nothing can be done about this?

Well... it's not going to keep warming if that is what you are thinking. Eventually it will reach the trigger temperature which switches off the AMOC heat transport from the Atlantic to the Arctic and trigger another glacial period like it has been doing for the past 3 million years or so with varying degrees of effect, with the last 400,000 years being especially nasty cold.

Cool.
