Before reading the article I was clapping my hands and wildly agreeing!!! We've created a generation of political generals who no longer lead their troops but spend all their time kissing butt to get to the next level of power. Not only will be get rid of the dead heads but will cut out the hundreds if not thousands a personal and other staff members they're entitled to.
