Marriage is only between a man and a woman
- This is not equal, because not everybody wants to marry the opposite gender, this is also gender discrimination, because it assigns a role, to a gender, this is also a case of sticking your nose in other people's private business that has nothing to do with you.

Abortion is murder
-This is not equal, this is legislation that holds women to same standards as men, when women are not men, but DO have the same legal rights to govern their own bodies as men have theirs... which is violated when you have anti abortion policies.

Supply side economic politics
-This is not equal, because it gives the corporations rights that are equal to all the combined people... called "corporate personhood"... and turns the people into a slave for a company, or starve to death, or die of disease or injuries that have been treatable, or curable before it morphed into its advanced state.
It also allows these private branded bureaus to fill our market with proven, substantially lower quality junk.

Religious exemption
-This is not equal, it gives religious groups, and religious individuals greater rights, and greater legal abilities.

3 out of these 4 in BOLD are all illegal outright, as it is legislation based on religion.

Supply side economics is also unconstitutional, because it gives corporate bureaus equal or greater rights, than all Americans.

This is how this November stands to hurt Americans... all because Americans did NOT vote.

Are you suggesting that marriage rights will be reversed in states who have voted for same-sex marriage? Are you suggesting that we can expect abortion to become illegal any moment now? Are you suggesting that one person can force another to actually worship God or that the Holy Bible will soon become required reading in grade school?

Fact : during GOP administrations, religion is a curriculum in red states, and even non-religious subjects are hindered by religion.

Uh ... It is a state issue no matter how you want to view it ... That is why states have a say-so in allowing it.

Any attempt to indicate it is Federal issue would have to taken up with the party that supports the idea ... And chose to do nothing about it when they controlled both houses of Congress and the White House.

In either case ... The election will have no effect on reversing any previously enacted legislation regarding same sex marriage.

same sex marriage is not a state issue, its a question of whether or not all americans period, have equal marriage rights, to marry whoever they want.

It's a state issue to the extent the states allow same-sex couples access to marriage law they're eligible to participate in.

However, when states seek to deny same-sex couples access to that marriage law in violation of the 14th Amendment, gay Americans have no other recourse than to seek relief in Federal court.

And when the courts invalidate state measures hostile to gay Americans, the states have only themselves to blame, where it was unnecessary to get the courts involved in the first place had the states simply obeyed the Constitution.
